2. Service Description

AffidavitDraft Secure™ provides evidence-linked legal drafting software for law firms. Our platform processes legal documents, generates structured affidavit outlines, and provides comprehension summaries. This is a tool to assist legal professionals—not a substitute for professional legal judgment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Only upload documents you have legal authority to process
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes
• Review all generated content before filing or use in legal proceedings

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. We retain rights to our software, algorithms, and platform. Generated drafts are licensed to you for your legal practice. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software.

5. Data Processing & Retention

Documents uploaded to the demo environment are automatically deleted after processing. Private deployments allow customizable retention policies. All data is processed in EU-based data centers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR LEGAL MALPRACTICE CLAIMS.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
